Free engineers from production operations
We envision a world where every software team, regardless of size or expertise, has access to enterprise-grade DevOps capabilities. InfraGPT is building that future.
Transform complex infrastructure management into natural conversations. Our AI understands context, learns from your environment, and provides intelligent automation that evolves with your needs.
Built on transparency, community collaboration, and shared ownership. Every line of code is open, auditable, and extensible. Together, we're creating tools that serve everyone, not just the privileged few.
Modular by design. Connect existing tools, integrate with any workflow, and customize every component. InfraGPT adapts to your stack, not the other way around.
Every developer becomes a DevOps expert. Break down silos, accelerate delivery, and create a culture where infrastructure excellence is accessible to all team members.
A founder's perspective on the future of infrastructure management
My core belief:
"In today's world, building and managing software shouldn't be a daunting task."
I've been managing infrastructure for a decade both as a developer and as a infrastructure engineer. I've maintained >99% uptime for large-scale systems and reduced production costs. At OkCredit I reduced cost of serving 2 million MAUs from ₹400,000 to ₹50,000 per day. Through this journey, I've seen firsthand how hard it is to manage infrastructure for software teams.
Today's reality is overwhelming microservices, container orchestrators, multi-region deployments, security compliance, and now the rise of "vibe coding". We are producing more code than ever. All of this lands hot in production, creating an urgent need for counterbalance.
Instead of focusing on fixing production issues at 2AM or doing boring cost analysis, people should prioritize building amazing user experiences and great features. DevOps expertise should be accessible and affordable, not a privilege of well-funded teams.
The deterministic nature of infrastructure makes it perfect for AI agents. Unlike other domains, infrastructure problems have clear terminal states. We can determine when we've solved an issue with confidence. This is what makes the approach viable.
Modern reasoning models can think step-by-step, breaking down complex problems into logical steps. Combined with tools and context from your entire infrastructure graph who deployed what, when, and why - agents can solve problems that traditionally required deep expertise.
Developer primarily use Slack, Github and the terminal for their work. We’re building InfraGPT that it integrates directly with existing workflows. People should be able agents in a way that feels natural. It's like having a agentic teammate.
We believe in the power of open source to drive innovation and adoption. By making InfraGPT open source, people know exactly what's running in their production environments. It ensures transparency and trust in how AI is applied to infrastructure.
Over time, agents will become the default for infrastructure management. Organizations will start with cost optimization, move to incident response, and eventually automate the all repetitive, tedious parts. A future where engineers create software while an AI quietly keeps production safe.
